Misty calls our hero "Ranger Ouch" and says that his boss Capt. Stewbean wants to see him right away. The Captain explains that he needs Ranger Ralph to check out the Runee River Rope Bridge for stress before the scouts cross it on there hike. He is told to report on radio after he inspects the bridge.
